Standard Worry Free Warranty

This Warranty is offered exclusively to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

1st Year of Warranty

• Equipment
For products purchased from Audio Insight that are currently under the manufacturer's warranty, Audio Insight will coordinate the REPAIR of the product with the manufacturer on behalf of the customer.

Audio Insight will provide labor to remove the product, send it in for repair, and re-install it. Shipping charges will not be covered, though most manufacturers cover the shipping costs in the first year.


Installation
Audio Insight will cover any issues related to defects in our installation or workmanship.


2nd Year of Warranty

• Equipment
For products purchased from Audio Insight that are currently under the manufacturer's warranty, Audio Insight will coordinate the REPAIR of the product with the manufacturer on behalf of the customer.

The customer will be charged for labor to remove the product, send it in for repair, and re-install it. Shipping charges will not be covered.

• Installation
• Same as 1st year (see above)


3rd Year and Beyond
• All service calls and repairs are billable

This warranty does not cover:
  • Damage to components caused by anything other than defects in materials or workmanship
  • Damage or defects caused by abnormal or unreasonable use (including unauthorized system modifications, repairs and specifically, alterations by a person or party other than Audio Insight)
  • Damage or defects resulting from acts of nature, such as lightning or flood. (These items may be covered under your home owner’s or other insurance)
  • Damage or defects resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect
  • Damage or defects resulting from improper installation, removal, or maintenance by a person or party other than Audio Insight
  • Any product, service or system not purchased through Audio Insight and installed through Audio Insight
  • Any client education/ re-education more than 90 days after the date of substantial completion
  • Any product that has had its serial number removed or altered
  • Handheld remote control batteries more than 90 days after the date of substantial completion
  • Projection lamps more than 90 days after the date of substantial completion
  • Programming changes more than 90 days after the date of substantial completion

*This warranty is null and void for any systems which include main components (excluding HDTV monitors or projectors) not purchased through Audio Insight.

*This warranty does not cover system function, operation or customer education for any system that does not include a control device

*Remote manufacturer can identify abuse (i.e. if the remote has been dropped, liquid spills, etc). Remote abuse is not covered under any warranty.

*Warranty does not include temporary replacement equipment if your unit requires service.


Client Care Program

Audio Insight’s Client Care Program offers our customers added protection, convenience, value and piece of mind beyond our standard warranty.

This Program offers proactive preventive maintenance visits, rapid response times for resolving potential equipment issues, and discounts on additional service or replacement parts.

The Client Care Program includes the following features:
  • Rapid (24) Hour Response Time
  • (2) Preventative maintenance visits a year, during which Audio Insight will
  • Check and Update all equipment firmware
  • Check rechargeable batteries for all remotes (replace if needed)
  • Check batteries for battery-back up devices
  • Clean and dust all electronic components
  • Inspect all equipment for wear
  • Wipe down video monitors and touch screens
  • Calibrate Touch screens, if applicable
  • Verify that all interconnects are properly seated for head end components
  • Clean out projector filters and reset filter timer, if applicable
  • Check projector and TV bulb/ lamp hours
  • Thoroughly test Audio Insight supplied remote controls
  • Check all channel presets on remote controls and update as needed
  • Perform remote or touchscreen program changes (Does not include system additions)
  • Check free space on Media Server Hard Drives
  • Adjust balance, treble and bass settings for multi room audio systems
  • Re-calibrate home theater system and speakers
  • Test all transport functions and motors for DVD and CD players
  • 15% off MAP for any out of warranty equipment replacement cost
  • 10% off MAP for any system upgrades
  • No service charge for rechargeable battery replacements on Audio Insight supplied remotes
  • No service charge for projector/ TV bulb replacements
